蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)的充(chong)電(dian)試驗(yan)步(bu)驟
(1)充(chong)電(dian)前的準(zhun)備(bei)
a、檢測(ce)電(dian)解液或純(chun)水是否符(fu)合(he)規定要求。
b、打(da)開蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)上的排(pai)氣(qi)栓(shuan)。
c、加(jia)液或(huo)補(bu)水至(zhi)液(ye)面線(xian)。
(2)充(chong)電(dian)連接
a、充(chong)電(dian)機的正(zheng)極與蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)正(zheng)極相接,負極與蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)負極相接,切勿(wu)反接。
b、對(dui)多(duo)只電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)可(ke)根(gen)據(ju)充(chong)電(dian)機功(gong)率(lv)大(da)小確(que)定。
c、充(chong)電(dian)連接必須牢(lao)固。
(3)充(chong)電(dian)方式(shi)
通(tong)常充(chong)電(dian)的種(zhong)類(lei)有(you)恒流充(chong)電(dian),恒壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)和快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)三(san)種(zhong)。
A、恒(heng)流充(chong)電(dian)又包括:初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)、補充(chong)充(chong)電(dian)、普(pu)通充(chong)電(dian)和均(jun)衡充(chong)電(dian)。
① 初(chu)充(chong)電(dian):初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)是非幹荷(he)電(dian)池(chi)使(shi)用之(zhi)前的充(chong)電(dian)。
a、非(fei)幹荷(he)電(dian)電(dian)池(chi)註入(ru)電(dian)解液後,靜止(zhi)1-6小時(shi),待(dai)溫度降至35℃以下時(shi)方(fang)可(ke)開(kai)始充(chong)電(dian)。
b、充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流壹般(ban)為(wei)0.07C30A,充(chong)至(zhi)單格電(dian)壓為(wei)2.4V時(shi),減半(ban)電(dian)流繼續(xu)充(chong)電(dian)
②補(bu)充(chong)充(chong)電(dian):針對(dui)存(cun)放時(shi)間(jian)較長,幹荷(he)電(dian)性能(neng)較差(cha)的幹(gan)荷(he)電(dian)池(chi)或(huo)灌酸(suan)充(chong)足(zu)電(dian)後停(ting)用壹個(ge)月左(zuo)右時(shi)間(jian)的電(dian)池(chi)而(er)說(shuo)的,補(bu)充(chong)充(chong)電(dian)流為(wei)0.1C30A,補充(chong)充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間(jian)為5小時(shi)左(zuo)右,或根據(ju)存(cun)放時(shi)間(jian)長短確(que)定充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)間(jian)。
③普(pu)通充(chong)電(dian)
普(pu)通充(chong)電(dian)是指(zhi)電(dian)池(chi)經(jing)初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)後使(shi)用後(hou)的充(chong)電(dian)。
a、汽(qi)車(che)電(dian)池(chi)普(pu)通充(chong)電(dian)壹階(jie)段采用0.1C20A,充(chong)電(dian)8-12小時(shi)至(zhi)電(dian)壓升(sheng)到2.4伏/單格以上同,電(dian)流減半(ban)再(zai)充(chong)電(dian)10小時(shi)左(zuo)右。
b、充(chong)入(ru)電(dian)量(liang)壹般(ban)為(wei)放(fang)電(dian)量(liang)的1.5倍以上,或者(zhe)充(chong)入(ru)額(e)定(ding)容(rong)量(liang)的1.3-1.5倍。
④均(jun)衡充(chong)電(dian)
a、用普(pu)通充(chong)電(dian)的方(fang)法(fa)將電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)足(zu),然(ran)後(hou)用0.035C20A電(dian)流充(chong)電(dian)。
b、當(dang)電(dian)池(chi)冒(mao)出(chu)均(jun)勻氣(qi)泡(pao),溫度上升時(shi),停(ting)止充(chong)電(dian)1小時(shi),如(ru)此重(zhong)復3-4次
c、單格電(dian)池(chi)都(dou)能(neng)產(chan)生大(da)量(liang)氣(qi)泡(pao),,並且電(dian)流電(dian)壓、電(dian)解液密度趨於不(bu)變(bian)時(shi)結(jie)束。
B.恒(heng)壓充(chong)電(dian)
恒(heng)壓充(chong)電(dian)是始終壹定(ding)不變(bian)的電(dian)壓對(dui)電(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)電(dian)。開始(shi)時(shi)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流較(jiao)大(da),然(ran)後(hou)逐漸(jian)減小(xiao),恒(heng)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)壓通(tong)常在2.3-2.4伏,這種(zhong)充(chong)電(dian)情(qing)況,氣(qi)體(ti)產(chan)生很少,耗水量(liang)小(xiao),因此,恒(heng)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)常用於(yu)免(mian)維護密(mi)封(feng)鉛酸(suan)蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)。
C.快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)
a、快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)是采用大(da)電(dian)流,脈(mai)沖充(chong)電(dian),並采用短(duan)時(shi)間(jian)放電(dian)的間(jian)歇式充(chong)電(dian)方法(fa),對電(dian)池(chi)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)電(dian)。
b、快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)法(fa)用1-2倍C20A大(da)電(dian)流充(chong)電(dian)。
c、快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)用特(te)制的快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)機完成(cheng)。
(4)電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)足(zu)電(dian)判(pan)斷(duan)標(biao)誌。
a、電(dian)池(chi)單格內有(you)大(da)量(liang)氣(qi)泡(pao)產(chan)生。
b、電(dian)池(chi)單體(ti)電(dian)壓在2.6~2.8V,且在2小時(shi)以上測(ce)定(ding)不(bu)變(bian);(這(zhe)是指(zhi)新(xin)電(dian)池(chi),用過的電(dian)池(chi)要(yao)低(di)壹些(xie)。)
c、電(dian)液比(bi)重達1.280 g/cm³±0.01(25℃)且(qie)2小時(shi)以上測(ce)定(ding)不(bu)變(bian)。
(5)充(chong)電(dian)主意(yi)事(shi)項
a、液(ye)溫不得(de)超(chao)過45℃,否則應(ying)采取(qu)降溫措施(shi)(減少充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流或(huo)停(ting)止充(chong)電(dian)或放(fang)入(ru)水槽(cao)中(zhong)冷(leng)卻(que))。
b、通(tong)風(feng)性好(hao)。
c、禁(jin)止火源(yuan)。
